The ACT Academy's State Test Scores

The ACT Academy received:

  • The highest rating of "Exemplary" given by the Texas Education Agency Accountablity System in 1999, 2000, and 2001 (2002 ratings not yet available).

  • "Additional Accomodation for College Admissions" in 2000 and 2001. This means at least 70% of non-special education graduates must have taken the SAT I or ACT and 50% or more of examinees must have met or exceeded the criterion score (SATI=1110;ACT Composite=24)

  • TEA's "Attendance Additional Acknowledgement" and "Comparable Improvement Additional Acknowledgement" for Reading scores.
